The Scarab Beetle was an important symbol within Ancient Egypt. The Scarab Beetle symbolises resurrection and rebirth, and is believed to help the dead on their journey to the afterlife. The Scarab Beetle is associated with the God Khepri and is believed to symbolise the cycle of life, death and rebirth. The Scarab Beetle was also used as a symbol of protection and good fortune.

On the top of this ring, is a 3D representation of the Scarab Beetle with high intricate detail, inset into the ring providing a cool visual effect to the design. Along the outside of the ring, is also a pattern of lotus flowers. Lotus flowers in Egypt symbolise "Creation" and "Rebirth", Since Lotus flowers close and go beneath the water at night, and climb above the water and open at dawn.

This ring also includes within its design a curved inside surface for a comfortable fit.
