CUSTOM REQUESTS

Have a new product idea you want to bring to life?, Well you have come to the right place. Check out below all the information you need to know and start the journey towards having your own product idea brought to life by NiTrideDesign.
Step 1
Go to the Custom Request form on the bottom of this page and enter in the required contact information. After this continue on to then create your custom request for a new product design, by describing your product idea and submitting any files needed to aid this explanation.
After submitting the request there is a $20 Processing fee for reviewing the requested product design. This includes analysing the proposed design, and generating/quoting a final cost for designing it up. This fee is also charged to prevent spammers, and deter people who aren't serious about placing a request. This fee is also taken to protect and ensure some of my work is paid for if any work is rejected (people don't pay for design work done). This fee is refunded when the final design is complete and the design work is paid for, however this fee is not refunded if the design work done isn't paid for and the work done is rejected.
Step 2
After submitting your request you will receive an email verifying your submission. Be patient and wait while a quote for the project is generated and the estimated cost is evaluated. This may take 1-2 days to be complete depending on any workloads I am presented with.
The cost for a Custom Request is $30 / hr AUD and you will be quoted an estimated cost for the project based on the estimated time your design will take to be completed.
Example
Estimated time to complete design = 1 - 3 hrs
Estimated Cost = $30 - $90 AUD
Real cost for the projects work can be anywhere between the minimum and maximum costs estimated.
Step 3
Once you accept the project I will then start working on your request. Please keep an eye on your emails as I will be contacting you to clarify any design decisions I make when completing designs. I will also be creating and presenting different variations of designs and asking you which one you like better. I will also be asking you questions and asking you for information on what things you would like changed or altered within this design to then get the final design you like.
Whilst I am completing the project, I will also be documenting all of the process through recording for video evidence. This recording will be shared with you for video evidence as a way to clarify with you how long the project took to complete, and may also be used for other purposes.
Step 4
Review the time-lapse recorded evidence, and pay for the design work done. When paying for the design work, in that payment you will be refunded the $20 Processing fee from the beginning.
Example
Total time taken to complete design = 2hrs 20min
Total cost for work = ($30/hr) x (2hrs 20min) - ($20 processing fee)
Total cost for work = (30) x (2.33) - (20)
Total cost for work = $49.90 AUD
If you do not pay for the design work done and reject it, you will not be refunded the $20 processing fee and you will also not be able to purchase the designed up product.
Once you have payed for the work done, your Custom Requested product will then be available for you to purchase through a private product link sent through to you by email.
Step 5
Purchase the product and thats it! Now all you do is wait for the product to be manufactured and shipped to you.
Step 6 (Optional)
After you receive the product, leave a review. Leaving a review will greatly support me and I will greatly appreciate the support and feedback. Reviews will help me understand any issues present within my designing skills, any communication issues, or any other issues that may be present within my service. Leaving a review will also greatly help future customers gain trust in my service and will allow people to see the experiences people have had when requesting a Custom Order.
If I really like the product idea you pitched to me to create and bring to life, I may ask you the following and take the following actions.

As said above, I screen record all of my 3D modelling projects done on every custom request. If I really like the way your custom requested design turned out and am proud of my work done, I may put a time-lapse video of my work done on this request up on YouTube for others to view and see. Before doing this I will ask if you would be ok with being mentioned in the video as the one who came up with the idea for the design, and requested it to be made. If you don't want to be mentioned I will just post the time-lapse with a name for the custom requested product.
Ask to have your Custom Request up for sale in the store
If I really like the final product you requested for me to design, I may ask for your permission to allow me to sell this final product. If you do not want me to sell this product I will not sell it, however if you allow me to sell this product I will do the following.
- refund 100% of what you paid me to create this product design.
- Credit you in the products description as the person who came up with and pitched the product idea.
If you allow me to sell the product but do not want to be credited in the products description, you can choose to not be mentioned.
Want to purchase an existing product in the store with slight changes made to it. Well you can, by placing a custom request for an "Existing Product" using the Custom Requests form. Check out the information below to see the process/steps taken in placing this order, and see also what customisation's can be made to an existing product alongside how much these customisation's will cost.
Step 1
Go to the Custom Request form on the bottom of this page and enter in the required contact information. After this, continue on to then creating your custom request for an existing product by filling out the form. (Some customisation options have costs. See these costs in the "customisation's and costs" section).
Step 2
After submitting your request you will receive an email verifying your submission. Be patient and wait while I apply your customisation's to the existing product. Once the customisation's are added to the product it will then be available for you to purchase through a private product link sent through to you by email.
Step 3
Buy the product and thats it! Now all you do is wait for the product to be manufactured and shipped to you.

My first expectation was this ring was gonna be and feel cheap, like cheaply made, but once it arrived, that is not at all what I got, it feels so much higher quality and has nice feel to it and doesn't feel or even look cheap at all.
The seller was great at communicating with me about the order and was even willing to try new things.
