Description
The Ouroboros is a circular symbol of a snake, (or less commonly a dragon), swallowing its tail. It represents continuity and unity, and represents the natural eternal cycle of destruction and re-creation. It represents the cycle of life, death and rebirth, and represents infinity.
The Ouroboros is an ancient symbol that is believed to originate in ancient Egypt (Oldest finding of the symbol), however, the symbol appears throughout the world in Greek, Roman, Hindu, Siberian, Norse, African, and South American mythologies.
This entire ring is designed to be the Ouroboros, with the inside surface of the ring being flat.
