Description
Muladhara, (root chakra) is the first primary chakra within Hinduism and Buddhism traditions. In Sanskrit (the classical language of India), Muladhara means, “root of existence”. Muladhara represents, stability, confidence, energy, and strength, and is the solid foundation for opening the other chakras. Muladhara is associated with the element of earth, representing the body (physical form). The four petals of Muladhara symbolise the four aspects of mind. (Manas - memory, Buddhi - intellect, Chitta - consciousness, and Ahamkara - ego). The square of Muladhara represents the foundational life energy, being a stable structure / foundation for the other chakras to rest upon. The inverted triangle of Muladhara is the symbol for the element of earth, acting as a reminder of the grounding energy associated with this chakra.
This ring also includes within its design a curved inside surface for a comfortable fit.
